Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Cybersecurity Analyst to help secure digital gaming systems, protect sensitive data, and identify emerging threats. In this role, you will monitor system integrity, analyze network activity, execute threat-hunting strategies, and respond rapidly to cybersecurity incidents.
You will collaborate with technical, compliance, and fraud-prevention teams to ensure advanced defenses are in place and continuously strengthened. Your expertise will help safeguard online platforms from intrusion attempts, data breaches, payment-based attacks, and targeted cybercrime.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor networks, servers, and systems for anomalies and unauthorized activity
- Administer cybersecurity defenses including firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and endpoint security tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to detect system weaknesses
- Lead incident response efforts and produce detailed post-event reporting
- Develop policies for secure systems architecture and data-handling practices
- Support secure development life cycle practices and infrastructure hardening
- Track and analyze malware trends, phishing tactics, botnets, ransomware vectors, and online gaming-specific cyber threats
- Work with compliance and fraud teams to support investigations and ensure strong governance
- Maintain documentation for audits, legal reporting, and operational transparency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in cybersecurity monitoring, security engineering, or threat investigation
- Deep understanding of network protocols, intrusion tactics, encryption standards, and system security design
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and secure coding standards
- Experience with SIEM platforms, SOC workflows, threat intelligence tools, and forensic systems
- Understanding of online payments, digital identity systems, and iGaming-related risk environments is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, ethical judgment, and ability to act under pressure
- Professional cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, GIAC) preferred
