Our work focuses on identifying risks, exposing fraudulent activity, and strengthening trust across the digital gaming industry. Through research, advanced monitoring systems, and behavior-analytics strategies, we empower players and operators to recognize threats, maintain integrity, and promote secure gaming experiences.
Our specialists work at the intersection of cybersecurity, financial crime analytics, gaming operations, and regulatory compliance. Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical and proactive Fraud Prevention Specialist to help identify, investigate, and mitigate suspicious activity in online gambling environments. This role is at the frontline of preventing digital gaming fraud — including identity manipulation, bonus abuse, account takeover attempts, chargeback schemes, collusion rings, and payment exploitation tactics.
You will work with fraud analysts, payment security teams, data engineers, and regulatory partners to enhance detection models, reinforce compliance systems, and strengthen fraud-resistant workflows. Your insights will help protect players, uphold fair-gaming integrity, and contribute to a safer global gaming market.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and respond to cases of identity theft, multi-accounting, payment fraud, bonus abuse, and collusion
- Use data-driven tools, machine learning systems, and threat-intelligence platforms to analyze risk signals
- Develop and refine fraud prevention models to enhance accuracy and reduce false-positives
- Work alongside operators, payments teams, and compliance units to mitigate active threats
- Maintain detailed incident logs, investigation notes, and compliance-ready audit records
- Educate teams and community members on emerging fraud schemes, security best practices, and responsible-gaming protocols
- Stay informed about global online gambling fraud trends, chargeback patterns, AML evolutions, and cyber-risk advancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Finance, or similar field
- Hands-on experience in fraud detection, cyber-investigations, risk analytics, or online payments security
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce fraud vectors, iGaming risk patterns, KYC/AML, and identity-verification methods
- Experience with fraud-detection tools, SQL or BI dashboards, and transaction-monitoring systems
- Exceptional analytical reasoning and ability to connect behavioral signals with risk indicators
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document investigations clearly
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ethical standards
- Professional certifications in fraud investigation, cybersecurity, or risk management are advantageous
What We Offer
- A purpose-driven role within a rapidly growing digital compliance field
- Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and advancement opportunities
- Full remote work flexibility
- Access to leading fraud-intelligence tools and industry training
- Collaborative culture built on trust, innovation, and professional integrity
